We use the online aircraft scheduling system aircraftclubs.com.
The aircraft are available on a first-come, first-served basis with a couple of rare exceptions. We currently have 32 members. Availability of the aircraft is good, especially on weekdays.
When aircraft are taken for trips involving at least one full day, we expect the pilot to pay for at least two flying hours per day. Partial-day charges are interpreted with the objective of ensuring availability for other pilots, e.g. if you leave in the evening, you won't be charged two hours more for that day.
